Death Stranding 2’s Porter Grade system analyses your overall performance in Porter deliveries, assigning you a grade at the end.

The Death Stranding 2 gameplay loop may seem incredibly relaxing for the most part, but don’t let your guard down far too much, because the game grades your skills with a Porter Grade. Much like how you leave a star rating after receiving your DoorDash order, Death Stranding 2 rates your performance with a Porter Grade.
The Porter Grade in Death Stranding 2 is reflective of your skill as a Porter and grades your performance based on several factors. We shall discuss these factors, as well as how to improve your overall Porter Grade, down below.

How To Improve Your Porter Grade in Death Stranding 2

Death Stranding 2 determines your Porter Grade through five different elements. These elements are Porter, Combat, Stealth, Servicemanship, and Bridge Link. The game determines your score across these individual elements, and then combines them to calculate the Porter Grade. Therefore, if you wish to increase your Porter Grade, you need to level up each of these elements individually.
In order to level up these elements individually, follow the guidelines given below:
- Porter – You can level this up by completing as many orders as you can. Also, the heavier the weight you carry, the more skill you demonstrate, and the faster you level up.
- Combat – Simply entering and completing combat scenarios and orders levels this trait up. The more you get into combat, the better.
- Stealth – This skill levels up the more you sneak around enemies and complete jobs unnoticed. We recommend leveling this and the combat trait during combat encounters.
- Servicemanship – Complete as many orders as you can to level this trait up. You can also take on several available Aid requests to level this up.
- Bridge Link – This is more of a social trait. Build stuff that other players can use. Also, take on Aid Requests for them to level this trait up.
