Arrowhead Brake is a great perk for most PvE weapons and Lethal Abundance is no exception. Tactical Mag is also useful for getting the reload speed and mag size of the rifle up. Lethal Abundance has a few good combinations for PvE, but the best general options are Discord and Onslaught. These improve the stats and rate of fire of the weapon which can turn this otherwise average pick into a powerhouse. Consider Slice and Hatchling as well if you need to build into Strand.
Lethal Abundance is a great option for PvE especially if you need a Strand weapon. Even without the perks to synergize into Strand its a great choice though. Onslaught in particular can make a high-impact frame auto rifle ridiculously powerful. Lethal Abundance is one worth going for if you don’t have a good one.

Lethal Abundance is a great option for PvP as it can get a maximum range stat without a lot of effort. A range masterwork and Accurized Rounds will get you there, but any combination of range perks can make it happen. The main perks you want to go with are the tried and true Dynamic Sway Reduction and Target Lock. These options just make the weapon very forgiving and consistent which is a huge boon in PvP.
High-impact frames can be great options in PvP. While slow to fire, they hit hard and have a decent range for an auto-rifle. Lethal Abundance has a lot going for it in its stats and perks, and can easily keep up with all but the fastest TTK weapons.
