The Final Shape Perks Explained

In Destiny 2, special perks actively modify the functionality of weapons, armor, and class abilities. These advantages include heightened damage output, enhanced survivability, and the introduction of new gameplay mechanics. Each weapon, armor piece, and class ability boasts unique perks players can select and upgrade.

Enhanced perks, an upgraded version of regular perks, deliver a more potent or refined effect. Players typically attain enhanced perks by completing specific activities or challenges, such as mastering raids or achieving specific ranks in the Crucible.

A perk becomes active upon selection, directly influencing the respective weapon, armor piece, or class ability. Enhanced perks elevate the effects of the original perk, offering a more powerful version. For instance, an enhanced “Rampage” perk might significantly amplify the damage bonus per kill compared to the standard “Rampage” perk.
