Horadric Jewels are socketable items that need to be crafted separately. To craft a Seal of Denial Horadric Jewel, you first need to acquire a Seal of Denial Tome. Tomes are consumables that contain knowledge about Horadric Jewels, unlocking the crafting recipe for a corresponding Horadric Jewel.
You can acquire Horadric Jewels Tomes by clearing the Horadric Strongroom and opening the reward cache. However, Tomes only drop on Torment I or higher difficulty. As the Tome drops are random, you may need to run multiple Strongrooms before obtaining the Seal of Denial Tome. Acquiring the Seal of Denial Tome grants access to the Seal of Denial recipe.
How To Craft the Seal of Denial in Diablo 4 Season 9
