After a back-and-forth between the Slayer and Ahzrak’s demons, the Slayer finally marches down to Hell to take the fight to the demon lord. The charge into Hell is a grand spectacle, with the Slayer marking his path with demon blood. Amidst all the fire and destruction, however, you may miss out on the several secrets scattered across the level. Yes, Hell also has collectibles — 10 of them, in fact.
The secrets in Chapter 10, The Forsaken Plains, are spread all across the level and may be a little tricky to find. Where To Find All Secrets in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 10 (The Forsaken Plains)?
Below, we’ve listed the locations of all the secrets you can uncover in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 10.
| Secret Area | Where to Find |
| Secret Area 1 | Head down left just before you breach the Front Gate and grapple up the cliff. Turn around and jump on the cliff ahead to find a secret area with some Gold and a Life Sigil. |
| Secret Area 2 | Take a left from the gate with the purple key and grapple up. Follow the linear path up the tower to find a secret area with some Gold. |
| Secret Area 3 | Head through the purple gate with the Ruby next to it to discover a secret area. Defeat the enemies inside to unlock access to the Ruby outside. |
| Secret Area 4 | On your way to the Hell Cannons, you will find a floating isle chained to the ground. Approach the edge of the cliff overlooking this isle and drop down below. Use the launchpad to launch yourself to the isle and unlock the secret area with the Cyberdemon Toy. |
| Secret Area 5 | On your way to the Hell Cannon, you will find a path with torches, green goo, and dilapidated structures. As you pass through, look for a grapple point on your left and head above to find a secret area with a Life Sigil. |
| Secret Area 6 | Go to the second Shrine in the area, the one next to the flamethrower. Climb atop the moving platform to discover the secret area with a Ruby. Drop down below for your Codex page. |
| Secret Area 7 | You will find the secret area past a purple gate guarded by a horde. Head inside to obtain some Gold and a Codex page. |
| Secret Area 8 | Drop the ledge past the Shrine on your way to the second Hell Cannon. You will find a secret area with a Life Sigil down below. |
| Secret Area 9 | Go to the second Shrine in the area, the one next to the flamethrower. Climb atop the moving platform to discover the secret area with a Ruby. Drop down below for your Codex page. |
| Secret Area 10 | Destroy the second Hell Cannon and drop down below. Take the path on your right, and go past the gate. From the gate, take a left and scale up the wall to find the final secret area. |
