| Secret Area | Where to Find |
| Secret Area 1 | After destroying the first Hell Carrier, head right from the Shrine and drop into the well. Enter the city and find the well ahead. Drop in to discover a pentagram ritual room with tons of pickups and Gold. |
| Secret Area 2 | Reach the cliff at the western edge of the map, by the Cemetery, to obtain a Blue Keycard. Drop down below and unlock the blue door to unlock a secret area. |
| Secret Area 3 | After destroying the third Hell Carrier, head past the giant green tree and down the balcony to find the secret area with Gold. |
| Secret Area 4 | Take down the fourth Hell Carrier and enter the chamber with two portcullis gates. Head right, past the scaffolding, and push the box ahead. Scale up the box and the scaffolding beside it to reach another secret pentagram ritual room. You will also find a Codex page at the end of this path. |
| Secret Area 5 | After entering the aforementioned chamber, follow the marker till you’re on the balcony. Drop down the ledge to your right and follow the path under the scaffolding to find a secret area with a Serrat toy. |
| Secret Area 6 | On your way to the fourth Hell Carrier, you will spot a metal gate with a Ruby behind it. Look up in the opposite direction and shoot down the chandelier to unlock the gate and the secret area with the Ruby. |
| Secret Area 7 | You will find a breakable wall inside the third Hell Carrier. Break the wall to discover a secret area and some Gold. |
| Secret Area 8 | After defeating the Titan, you’ll find the Ruby along the main path on a circular platform. Drop down in the water below to find a valve to unlock the gate and access the secret area and the Ruby. |
