One of these challenges is the countercult challenge, and it can be a little tricky for those who like to rush through enemies. This challenge is in chapter 5, and you will have to find three cultist circles. However, if you do not know where to find the circles and what to do with them, you should take a look.

Countercult Challenge in Doom The Dark Ages
In this challenge, you will have to find three cultist circles hidden around the corners of chapter 5. After finding all three circles, you will be rewarded with a ruby, which will help you with upgrades. So, without any further ado, here’s how you can find all three circles:

Circle #1
The first circle is found near the Chasm Landing Zone. It is located in the middle of the city, and you will have to defeat two Titans to unlock the landing zone. You can dismount your dragon at this location, and after that, you will find the first circle. However, there will be some enemies you need to defeat.
Circle #2
This circle is near the location of Super Shotgun. This is one of the best guns in the game, and the next circle is in the next corridor. You will notice a door on the right side that can be opened with the help of your shield. Go further in and use the crate to climb up. At the end, drop down to enter a hidden room and discover the second cultist circle.

Circle #3
You will find the last circle near the rightmost Hell Carrier located in the city. Go to the shrine in that area and look for a path on the right side. Head there and drop down the hole, where you will discover the last circle. With this, the countercult challenge of Doom The Dark Ages will be complete.
