For that, you can use either the Shigawire Claw with Suspensor Belts or just simple, good old-fashioned climbing.
While you are climbing up the rock, look for a rocky path on the side of it. Follow it and take the stairs. Then, climb the rock wall in front of the staircase and head towards the cavern opening. There, you will find the altar with the spice on it.
