The Elden Ring Nightreign Pre-Order trailer is out now. Here’s every new detail you need to know about the trailer.
Elden Ring is one of the most acclaimed soul-like games of all time. The successor of this beloved game, Elden Ring Nightreign, is set to be released on 30th May 2025. The game is a standalone co-op action survival where you play alongside your fellow tarnished in the Lands Between once again.

Everything New in the Pre-Order Trailer for Elden Ring Nightreign
The pre-order trailer contains game footage mostly from the previous trailer. However, some new things can be spotted amidst the trailer. One of the most eye-catching aspects is the introduction of what seems to be a whole new class.
We can see a player using a never-before-seen spell, which seems to be a variation of blood-infused magic. Many arcane threads leave the body of the player dressed as a witch after a dancing ritual. However, the Troll Knight in front of the player looks unaffected, which could mean this is a buffing spell of some sort.
New Way of Using Summons in Elden Ring Nightreign
After some already-seen gameplay in the previous launch trailer, we can now see an assassin-like class player use a new variety of summoning while fighting a Godrick Soldier.
We can see the player summon another Godrick Soldier and move back using acrobatics never seen before in Elden Ring. The enemy focuses on the summon, which disappears after withstanding a couple of hits. Furthermore, this gives the player enough time to move in and finish off the Godrick Soldier.
Brand New NPC in Elden Ring Nightreign
Moreover, in the Elden Ring Nightreign Pre-Order Trailer, we can see the brand-new unnamed NPC seen back in the launch trailer. She wears a white robe and looks very similar to the Fire Keeper from Dark Souls 3, the only difference being the color of the robe.
In addition, she calls us the Seekers of Redemption, which implies the game being played mainly in a co-op manner. Near the end of the trailer, she also tells us to claim the life of the Nightlord, which can be a hint to a brand-new boss.
