Unlike the Decoration Bag, which you can buy for 87 Money at Orange’s Armor Shop, the tote bag is only available as environmental loot. The tote bag serves a specific purpose: it contains a single storage slot labeled “?” designed for the red eye item.
The red blob boss in Farm Town drops a mysterious item that is identified as the Red Eye. Players can’t pick it up normally; they must place it into the tote bag before they can carry it.
Note: The Red Eye we are referring to here is originally ??? Glowing eye, red in color.

Escape From Duckov: Where to Find the Tote Bag
The tote bag appears as environmental loot scattered across the world. You have to search buildings and containers during raid runs thoroughly, and that should help you get close to it.
Once you have a tote bag, stash it in your hideout’s warehouse, don’t sell it. Your hideout warehouse provides different compartments for storing multiple kinds of items.

Tote Bag vs Decoration Bag: Which One to Use
The decoration bag is best suited for normal loot runs, where you require maximum carrying capacity. However, you can use the Tote Bag only when you are hunting for the red blob boss and need to extract the red eye.
If you need extra inventory space for storing regular loot that doesn’t involve the red eye, then go for the Decoration Bag. This allows you to have (+8 capacity, +5 max weight) and is easily attainable. Just so you know, if you are running out of storage space within your hideout’s warehouse, you can organize stuff by using expansion crates to increase storage compartments.
