FaZe Clan member Lacy has announced that he went through an MRI scan and results have shown partial PCL tear.

Twitch streamer and FaZe Clan member Nick “Lacy” has informed his audience about a recent injury he got during a live stream in February 2025. The streamer revealed that he had a partially torn PCL (posterior cruciate ligament) and a grade 3 meniscus rupture after receiving an MRI exam.
The PCL is bigger than the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) and joins the upper and lower leg bones. Furthermore, surgery is usually necessary for a grade 3 meniscus tear, a total tear of the knee’s meniscus cartilage. Lacy announced:
“MRI results have officially come back. Partially torn PCL Grade 3 Meniscus tear. Surgery required.”

Grade 3 Meniscus tear
surgery required :/
Lacy added that he hasn’t made up his mind about having surgery yet. He also mentioned that he would need a brace and be unable to walk for a month. He added:
“Genuinely don’t even know if it’s worth it to get this surgery. i’m finding out i won’t be able to walk for an entire month, then still in a metal knee brace for 2 more months after that.”
How Did Lacy Get Hurt?
Twitch streamer Lacy has revealed that he has a grade 3 meniscus injury and a partial PCL (posterior cruciate ligament) tear. Even though surgery is advised, he hasn’t decided whether or not to get it done.
The exact time of his injuries is unknown. But last year, during a stream, Lacy was playing basketball with some of his buddies and fellow streamers.

He jumped to get the ball during the game, but he lost his balance and fell roughly. Immediately after the fall, the Faze Clan member was in excruciating pain and was unable to move his legs for some time.
In sports, especially basketball, knee injuries—specifically torn meniscus—are rather prevalent. However, it appears that the streamer does not require crutches because he has been observed moving freely during his streams.
