Fousey revealed that he starred in two Tyler Perry movies as a guest star, and he still receives residual checks after nine years.

Streamer and rapper Yousef “Fousey” Saleh Erakat, also known as FouseyTube, announced that he appeared in a Tyler Perry movie in 2016. He said he never brought it up with his audience because he forgot about it. Fousey seemingly received a letter on March 27, 2025, that had a paycheck for the money. He said he still gets paid for the movie nine years after its release.
He starred in Boo! A Madea Halloween (2016), a comedy horror film where the main character, Madea, is forced to babysit her grand-niece, Tiffany, on Halloween. Tiffany sneaks out and attends a college frat party, which leads to a series of comedic events. Fousey played the role of one of the frat boys at the party.
Fousey was not the only YouTuber in the movie. The movie’s production team wanted to cash in on the massive fan following of other YouTubers and signed Liza Koshy and JC Caylen for special guest appearances. The movie was a success, and he returned in Boo 2! A Madea Halloween (2017).
Fousey Reveals How Much He Makes From His Movie Appearance?
Fousey revealed that he got over $850 from the first movie and over $400 from the sequel. The streamer opened two checks during a recent Kick livestream. He read them out, saying,
“Tyler Perry. Total gross, $405.58. The Streamer Quit YouTube To Become a Rapper
Fousey started his career as a YouTuber and quit the platform multiple times due to personal issues and career changes. He admitted to having bipolar disorder, and depression and criticized online fame.
The streamer started his YouTube journey in 2011 before moving to Twitch in 2021. The streamer faced multiple bans on Twitch, and he now streams on Kick. He wanted to return to YouTube but ended up experiencing a public breakdown.
In January 2025, the streamer released a new album under a new persona called “Crashout YSE.” The album titled G7: The Death of Fousey has songs about his struggles as a content creator. He has gained a small following on Spotify with over 9,000 monthly listeners.
