In this guide, we’ll explain how you can begin and complete the Further Instructions quest in Dune Awakening.
In Dune Awakening, you’ll need to tackle entire questlines, which involve several smaller quests. Further Instructions is one of the quests you’ll complete while tackling The Assassin’s Handbook quest chain. It is the fifth quest in this chain and will provide further clarity on the events that transpired during the earlier quests within this particular chain. In this guide, we’ll explore how you can begin and complete the Further Instructions quest in Dune Awakening.
How To Begin Further Instructions Quest in Dune Awakening
As with every quest chain, this mission begins as soon as you complete the previous quest in The Assassin’s Handbook chain. So, after you’re done with The Next Target, this specific quest will begin automatically. The first order of business will be to meet with Elara Tuek to learn more about your next target in the chain of assassinations you’ll have to perform.

How To Complete Further Instructions Quest in Dune Awakening
You will find Elara Tuek in Harko Village. After a brief conversation with her, she’ll ask you to await further orders. At this point, you’ll need to head back to your base in the Hagga Basin region. After a few minutes, you will receive a transmission. Receiving the transmission will trigger a long and trippy cutscene. You will be greeted by The Guide first in the form of an eagle.
He’ll then force you to rip out your tongue and stab yourself in the vision before pulling you down into a different dimension The Guide calls the Sightless Zone. More disturbing sights follow as you see the Sand Tiger creatures and learn of their cannibalistic predispositions. It seems you become one of them for a few seconds as you rip morsels of flesh from their bodies.
Soon, you emerge back to where The Guide is, and they offer to show you the way forward. Toward the end of the scene, you see a huge ship crash to the ground somewhere in the desert. Although you don’t know it yet, this shows the Hephaestus crashing. As the cutscene comes to an end, you’ll return to reality at your base and receive another transmission from ARI. This concludes the Further Instructions quest.
