The Tooth Breaker Bounty is a quest in Ghost of Yotei where you investigate a mysterious, sadistic dentist. According to the bounty, he “disfigures his victims and keeps their teeth as trophies.” You’ll eventually know the identity of this dentist, and it won’t be much of a surprise if you are following the previous story quest.

How To Start The Tooth Breaker Bounty in Ghost of Yotei

To start The Tooth Breaker Bounty quest, you must first complete The Traitorous Raider, Mad Goro Bounty quest in Ghost of Yotei. It’s part of The Oni questline, so you can’t miss it. Once it’s done, head to the bounty board in Matsumae Residence to start the quest.

How To Complete The Tooth Breaker Bounty Bounty in Ghost of Yotei

Speak to the Injured Ronin

The Tooth Breaker Bounty tasks you with finding a “sadistic torturer” who collects teeth as trophies. Make your way to Oyobe River, where you can find the injured Ronin. He struggles to talk properly. However, he explains how you need to find the Tooth Breaking in Hakodate Shore.

Travel to Hakodate Shore

You can find the Hakodate Shore just south of the Matsumae Residence. To make things easier, pin the bounty quest on your map and use the guiding wind. This will show a pathfinder to the location you need to go.

Assist Mad Goro

Once you reach the area, find Mad Goro’s House. You will figure out that the Tooth Breaker is Mad Goro himself. Following this, the injured Ronin appears with his crew, threatening to kill the wannabe dentist. Mad Goro asks Atsu’s help for a price. They seal the deal, and you now need to fend off the attacking Ronins.

Once the coast is clear, Atsu will let Mad Goro escape. However, you can still return The Tooth Breaker Bounty and receive 750 coins as a reward.
