GTA 5 Online will soon receive an expanded and enhanced update. This massive free upgrade for the game will include a ton of new features and content that was previously exclusive to console players. Additionally, Rockstar Games will also be including a few graphics enhancements that will take immersion to the next level. 

While this upgrade is free for all players who own GTA 5 on PC, they still need to meet the updated minimum system requirements. This ensures you will be able to run the game without performance issues.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (latest service pack)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4770/AMD FX -9590
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630 (4GB VRAM)/AMD Radeon RX 6400 (4GB VRAM)
  • Storage: 105GB, SSD required
  • Sound Card & Audio: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

If you meet the minimum requirements, you can run the game fine. However, you won’t be able to enjoy some of the new features like enhanced graphics and higher frame rate.

Having the recommended system specs to run GTA 5 Online after the upgrade will allow you to enjoy the game and the new features to the fullest. This includes ray tracing, faster loading times, higher frame rates, and many more.

Can You Skip the GTA 5 Online Upgrade?
