HasanAbi called xQc a “snake” and “piece of sh*t” for criticizing him and allegedly misconstruing facts about him.

Twitch banned Hasan “HasanAbi” Piker over controversial statements about United States Senator Rick Scott. The streaming platform unbanned the streamer after 24 hours, drawing criticism online for the quick unban. Felix “xQc” Lengyel criticized Twitch for the unban and claimed it sets a bad precedent.
xQc is not the first streamer to call out Twitch’s alleged inconsistent moderation. In October 2024, popular streamer Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt was banned for his comments on Palestinian people. Twitch banned Hoyt for 14 days. During his ban, he called out the streaming platform’s inconsistent bans. When HasanAbi was banned, Asmongold made similar comments and accused Twitch of favoring certain streamers like Hasan while punishing other content creators harshly.
After HasanAbi returned to Twitch, he reacted to xQc’s comments about him during his ban. He called xQc a “snake” for his recent comments and said Lengyel is someone who is constantly surrounded by “dog po*p.”
HasanAbi Responds to xQc’s Comments About Him
After HasanAbi returned to Twitch, he reacted to what xQc said about him and Twitch’s moderation. Hasan responded:
“If you smell dog po*p everywhere you go, you wake up and you smell sh*t. You go to the coffee shop you smell sh*t. Maybe…maybe…it’s not everywhere else that smells like sh*t. Maybe it’s you who stepped in the sh*t. Or maybe, you are the piece of sh*t.”
He added that most content creators have major egos, including himself, which leads to streamers criticizing each other. Hasan claimed that he met wonderful people in his career, but many of them, like xQc, are alleged “backstabbers.”
What Did xQc Say About Hasan?
During a livestream on February 4, 2025, xQc commented on HasanAbi’s recent ban and said:
“Now that he’s banned, I will say though, I don’t think it’s a good precedent for Twitch to f*cking go easy on him, especially since he said on stream, ‘Oh ya, I might get banned for this, but I don’t give a f*ck.’ That is knowing he is causing harm and doubling down.”
xQc calls out the owner of Twitch, Dan Clancy, for unbanning HasanAbi one day after his ban even though he threatened someone 👀

A day later, Twitch unbanned Hasan, and xQc disagreed with the streaming platform’s decision. He called out Twitch for alleged favoritism and said:
“I can’t believe that f**king Dan Clancy wakes up and unbans Hasan. It’s crazy. Imagine the platform not putting their foot on the ground when dealing with violent threats. Actually scary… I’m not even fearmongering. That’s genuinely concerning. That’s just scary.”
xQc, who also streams on Kick, asked why Twitch sides with Hasan but does not unban Adin Ross. According to the streamer, they committed similar offenses, but Hasan received a 24-hour ban while Ross has been banned since 2023.
