Dune Awakening offers plenty of quests for you to complete if you get bored with its crafting and base management mechanics. While many are main story missions that help move the plot forward, others are optional contracts. The game also has various categories of contracts.

For instance, you will have to complete a variety of faction contracts depending on the side you choose, Atreides or Harkonnen. If you have sided with Harkonnen, you will eventually receive a contract dubbed Fruits of Your Labor. In the following guide, we will explore how you can complete the Fruits of Your Labor contract in Dune Awakening.

How To Start Fruits of Your Labor Contract in Dune Awakening

After joining the House Harkonnen faction, you will complete a variety of contracts for them. Initially, you will receive these contracts from the Harkonnen representative at The Anvil, Maxim Kazmir. Fruits of Your Labor will begin as soon as you report the completion of the previous contract in the quest chain, dubbed Test of Treachery.

When you speak to Kazmir, he will reveal that some Atreides deserters have killed an innocent merchant that you framed in a previous contract. Now, you will need to track down these deserters and take them out. The plan is to begin infighting within the Atreides faction. As soon as the dialogue ends, the quest will begin, and you will need to head to the deserter hideout.

Completing the Fruits of Your Labor Contract in Dune Awakening

Activating the contract will reveal the quest marker on your map. It is in the eastern part of the Hagga Basin region. Once you are here, you should be able to immediately find the deserter group. Taking them down should not pose too much of a challenge, as they are not armed with shields or any powerful weapons.

However, watch out for any grenades that they lob toward you. Once all of the deserters are down, you can return to Kazmir to bring this contract to a close. But make sure to loot all of the bodies first, as they might drop some material or items that you want.

Reporting back to Kazmir at The Anvil will complete the Fruits of Your Labor contract in Dune Awakening. You will receive 1,500 Solaris and 350 XP for finishing the task. Also, your standing with the Harkonnen faction will improve by 50 points.
