To sleep peacefully, you will need to craft a bed first. A bed in Minecraft requires three Wool blocks and three wooden planks. While you can easily retrieve the wooden planks by cutting down a tree, you will need a few goats for wool.

You can either find the goats roaming around the villages or forests, and to lure them toward yourself, use wheat. You can kill them once they’re near, as it is the easiest way to get a few wool blocks.

However, if you’re an individual who loves their livestock and doesn’t want to kill them, there’s an alternative made just for you. On the crafting table, you can craft shears, a pair of scissors that can be used to remove the wool from the goats without killing them. Once you have the items, you can place them on your crafting table and start placing the items in the pattern shown above.

How To Use It?

After the crafting endeavor is successful, you can now right-click on the bed, and your avatar will lie down automatically. Within 5 seconds, the night will pass away, and you can start your day anew.

Additionally, you can also sleep if the current weather is a Thunderstorm since there’s always a slight chance that a thunderbolt can hit you.
