Kevin De Bruyne has been included in the EAFC TOTY for eight consecutive seasons, but that will be coming to an end this year. De Bruyne already has two promo cards in EAFC 25, which include a 91 Trailblazers card and a 93-rated Thunderstruck card. According to leaks, the Belgian will be getting a 94-rated TOTY Flashback card.
