Dune Awakening throws you into an alternate reality timeline of Arrakis. In this version of the desert planet, Lady Jessica followed orders, and Paul Atreides was never born. The butterfly effect then led Duke Leto to survive his assassination, the Harkonnen and Atreides houses to wage war, and the disappearance of the Fremen. Dune Awakening’s version of Arrakis, therefore, manages to be both familiar and absolutely different at the same time.
The map of Dune Awakening plays to your familiarity with the lore of Dune, taking you to locations you may have read about, watched on film, or simply heard of. The Harko Village is one such location in the game that builds upon your familiarity with Arrakis and its descriptive locations.
The Harko Village in Dune Awakening is the interim HQ of the Harkonnens. It is also the nexus of the Carthag slave trade in lore. Visiting this location gives you a glimpse of Harkonnen culture while also providing opportunities to interact with vendors, Class Trainers, take on quests, and more. Where To Find Harko Village in Dune Awakening?

You find the Harko Village in Dune Awakening by accessing the World Map. To do so, you first need to head to any of the game’s Tradeposts. Enter the Tradepost and walk past the Atreides/Harkonnen contractors. You will find a lone pilot standing at the end of the hall. Talk to this pilot, and you can hire them to fly you over to Harko Village.
Alternatively, if you have an Ornithopter of your own, you can take the journey yourself. Board your Ornithopter and fly toward the eastern border of the map, directly east of the East Vermilius Gap. The game will then ask you to confirm your decision to travel to the World Map. Confirm, and you can pick Harko Village as your destination.
