Dune Awakening features an extremely vast map that is also equally dense. With so many markers to keep track of and so much to do, you could very easily lose track of where you need to go at any given time. One of the most important things to remember about the game’s map is that different regions have various factions controlling them. Just like House Atreides and the Kirab, Slavers are one of the factions that you’ll come face-to-face with during your time in Arrakis.

Certain tasks or quests may even have you searching for and fighting some Slaver groups. So, it is essential to know where their stronghold is and how to get there. In this guide, we’ll explain where you can find the Slavers in Dune Awakening.

Where Are the Slavers in Dune Awakening?

The Slavers work together with the Harkonnens to capture Imperium citizens and then sell them off. If you want to find members of this particular faction, you need to head to the Jabal Eifrit region of the map. This is to the north of the Vermillius Gap. The area is also full of quicksand, so you need to be careful when trying to traverse the region in search of Slavers. Your vehicle can also fall into one of these quicksand traps. If that happens, you can quickly recover it using the Vehicle Backup Tool.

While you can find the Slavers across various smaller encampments, you should simply head to the Intel Bases to kill some Slavers. These locations hold a lot of valuable loot that you can collect while in the process of taking down the Slavers. Also, you will earn Intel Points from these areas too.

Why Do You Need To Find Slavers in Dune Awakening?

There are some contracts in the game that may require you to hunt down a specific number of Slavers. For instance, when you reach the Anvil location for the first time, you will encounter a cutscene involving Tolliver, a member of House Atreides. If you speak to him and accept his contract, he will ask you to hunt down 10 Slavers. Although the quest marker points to the Jabal Eifrit region, it doesn’t give you exact locations where the Slavers are.

So, your best bet is to head inside the Intel Bases here and take down 10 members of this faction. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t take on or complete this particular contract if you’re trying to be in favor with the Harkonnens.
