Since the Thermoelectric Cooler is a late-game crafting component, you’ll only find it in the late-game Deep Desert area. Travel to the northern end of the Western/Eastern Shield Wall and cross the barrier to access the World Map. Travel to the Deep Desert using the World Map, and then head to Sector A-7.
Explore Sector A-7 in the area, and you’ll stumble across the Wreck of Proxenus Freighter. This is a PvP location that changes every week. As long as you stay on the lookout for the weekly Freighter, you will find the location. Enter the Freighter and clear all enemies. Once done, head deeper inside and towards the northern end. You will find the Thermoelectric Cooler inside a container here.
