Dune Awakening has a variety of vehicles that players can craft to make traversal throughout Arrakis significantly easier. These vehicles not only get you from point A to point B quicker, but they also ensure your hydration levels don’t drain as much during the journey. While the sandbike and ornithopters are all great options, there’s simply something about the Buggy vehicle. It can be instrumental when you’re trying to mine ores at a quicker pace.

Unfortunately, crafting a Buggy can be quite tricky since it requires a substantial amount of resources. There is a way to grab a free Buggy in Dune Awakening if you know where to go. In this guide, we’ll explore how you can get the vehicle for free.

Getting the Free Buggy in Dune Awakening

To grab this Buggy, you will need to progress far enough in the game to unlock the Vermillius Gap region. This is the area that you unlock after completing quite a few missions in the Hagga Basin area, which is the starting location. Once you unlock the Vermillius Gap, you want to head to the extreme northwest portion of the region. That’s where you should find the free Buggy. Refer to the map in the above image to understand exactly where you need to be.

Keep in mind that you might need to wait around for a while to claim the Buggy if another player has claimed the vehicle recently. It has a respawn timer, so the vehicle should be back eventually.
