How to get Bloodless in Baldur’s Gate 3

To acquire the Bloodless condition in Baldur’s Gate 3, you must allow Astarion, a member of your party, to feed on your blood. After adding Astarion to your party and multiple long rests, a cut scene will appear in the night asking you for blood. If you give in and agree to it, you will enter the Bloodless state. Although it debuffs your character, it does have significant advantages for Astarion. Agreeing to feed your blood to him also improves your relationship with Astarion.

Once Astarion consumes your blood, he will have the Happy condition, which buffs him and increases his Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and Ability checks by +1. Note that if you fail two checks on Astarion or if you do not tell him to stop after two rests, your character will be dead the next morning.

On the other hand, refusing to feed your blood to Astarion will negatively impact your relationship with him, while also giving him a -1 debuff to his Attack Rolls and Ability Checks.
