How to Get the Belm in BG3? Explained
You can find Belm in the Opulent Chest, hidden behind a bookcase in Jaheira’s Basement, under Elerrathin’s Home (X:-206 Y: -55) in the Lower City, Act 3. You will need a Harp-Shaped Pin to access the basement.
There are two ways to get a Harp-Shaped Pin in Act 3. However, you may have one already if you found it in a pile of viscera in the Oubliette in Act 2.
How to Get a Harp-Shaped Pin Without Jaheira in your Party

Head to the Graveyard and Mortuary at the north of Elfsong Tavern. Inside, you will find many caskets and coffins. Harp-Shaped Pin is in the Mahogany Cascet next to the window. You must steal it, so ensure no one is around or use one of your companions to speak with the lady working there and hold her attention while you obtain the Harp-Shaped Pin.
How to Get a Harp-Shaped Pin with Jaheira in your Party

If Jaheira is part of your party, acquiring the Harp-Shaped Pin becomes simpler. Head directly to Elerrathin’s Home, her residence, with Jaheira in your group. A cutscene will unfold as her children welcome her. Proceed upstairs and interact with Tate, a small boy in one of the rooms. He will give you the Harp-Shaped Pin.
Find Elerrathin’s Home and Jaheira’s Basement

Elerrathin’s Home (X:-207 Y: -55) and Jaheira’s Basement are on the northwest side of Baldur’s Gate Lower city map. Just next to Baldur’s Gate, the city entrance. It’s a large house surrounded by greenery with a porch where a child practices martial arts on a training dummy.

If you already possess the Harp-Shaped Pin, head directly to the office. As you approach the desk, your party will automatically pass a perception check, revealing a Pin slot on the desk. Interact with it and insert the Harp-Shaped Pin to unveil a hidden passage leading to the basement.
Disarm The Traps in the Basement

Proceed deeper into the basement, but be aware of the traps. You can disarm them by moving the chest to the left to any other location. It will release the pressure hidden under the chest pressure plate and disable the runes, allowing you a safe pass.
Find Hidden Door and Get Belm

Enter into the small cave with a hut. Here, your party will pass an automatic perception check again, unveiling the loose wooden boards next to the wall and a concealed door behind the tall bookshelf. First, disarm the trap beneath the loose floor wooden boards to access the key. Loot the key and use it to unlock the hidden door hidden behind the bookshelf. Alternatively, you can attempt to unlock the bookcase directly. If you successfully pass an 18 DC Sleight of Hand skill check, it will open.

Once in the hidden room in Jaheira’s Basement, open the opulent chest and get the Belm. If you have Jaheira with you and a good relationship with her, she shouldn’t have anything against you taking her gear and looting the area. You will also find Staff of the Ram and Khalid’s Gift Amulet in the room.
How to Use Belm in BG3?
The best way to use Belm in Baldur’s Gate 3 is by equipping it a dual-wielding Druid or even Jaheira herself. Druids don’t normally have Martial Weapons proficiency, however, they do have a class weapon proficiency in Scimitars.
You can equip it to your character’s main hand weapon slot in the inventory, providing additional bonuses and buffs. The user needs Martial Weapon proficiency or suffers penalties while wearing the weapon.
