Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the latest action RPG from the popular Dragon Age franchise, takes place in Thedas – a world filled with various shops for players to visit. The Caretaker’s Workshop is a significant one that unlocks for players to use at the Lighthouse, once they reach chapter 3 of the story. This shop helps players upgrade their various gear, like weapons, armors, and belts. They can also add enchantments to their gears to get more power-ups once the workshop reaches rank 5.
How to Increase Caretaker’s Workshop Rank in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Increasing the rank of the Caretaker’s Workshop is essential, as it expands the shop and allows you to access higher-level upgrades. The rank of the workshop also directly impacts the items you acquire in the wild. You will automatically acquire higher-level items and gear as you level up the Caretaker’s Workshop.
Acquiring Caretaker Reputation points or Caretaker Power increases your workshop rank as you can implement the necessary upgrade. You need 250 points for rank 2, 750 points for rank 3, 1250 points for rank 4, and so on. The maximum rank is 10. Collecting Mementos will reward you with the most Caretaker Reputation points. Several story quests also reward you with Caretaker Reputation points, but they are not very effective.
How To Get Mementos in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Mementos can be found throughout Thedas, so keep a close eye on your surroundings. Whenever you visit a new location, make it a priority to look for them. Mementos offer around 50 Caretaker Reputation points, whereas some more valuable objects can reward up to 200 Caretaker Power.
You can also purchase Mementos from the various vendors in the market. You can exchange resources like Etheric Remnants to acquire them. Faction vendors also sell Mementos for anywhere between 150-500 gold.
