Getting Cotton Seeds in V Rising

There are quite a few ways through which you can obtain cotton seeds in V Rising. The first and most efficient method is by simply collecting naturally generated cotton plants, as seeds tend to drop when collecting plants. Dunley Farmlands villagers often grow cotton around their houses. However, you have to make equipment or potions to resist garlic, as cotton farms are always protected by hanging cloves of garlic.
Another way to obtain cotton seeds without worrying about garlic poisoning is by killing scarecrows. In many abandoned farms around Dunley, you can find scarecrows standing in the large fields. Some of the scarecrows are Level 54 enemies disguised as normal scarecrows. They are easy to defeat and often drop many kinds of seeds on death, including cotton seeds.
The final method of getting cotton seeds is by killing blood treants. These are Level 60 enemies that you can spawn using the Stygian Summoning Circle structure. Summoning these monsters uses Stygian Shards and plant fibers and is often the best way to obtain all kinds of seeds in V Rising.
How To Use Cotton Seeds
To grow cotton seeds in V Rising, you are going to need to build growing plots outside your castle. There are many sizes of growing plots that are patches of soil in which you can plant seeds. Depending on the size of the field, you can plant up to a dozen seeds in a single plot. Once you plant a seed, you can keep harvesting the plant every time cotton grows on it.
