However, obtaining flour isn’t as straightforward as looting it from crates or enemies. It requires specific tools, locations, and a bit of preparation. How to Make Flour in Enshrouded
You can get Flour in Enshrouded you must use the Alchemist’s Grinding Stones to turn Wheat Grains into Flour. Furthermore, to craft one bag of Flour you will need to grind two Wheat Grains for for five minutes.
Wheat Grains can first be harvested at the Bounty Barn in the Nomad Highlands Region. However, to access this area you will need to Strengthen your Flame Altar to Level 4. Consequently, Wheat Grains cannot be collected before then.
Next, after you have harvested Wheat Grains at the abandoned farm there, you can take them back to your base and plant them in a Seedbed. Growing a Wheat Seedling will require 1 Water, 1 Wheat Grain, and 1 Fossilized Bone Dust. This will allow you to grow as much wheat grain as you need, without having to constantly wait for them to respawn at Bounty Barn.

Flour Location in Enshrouded
Four cannot be found at any Enshrouded location, but must be created using the Alchemist’s Grinding Stone. It will take two wheat grain to make one bag of flour. Wheat grains can only be found in the Nomad Highlands, but can be grown back at your base afterwards.
