The Gleamdance Dagger can increase your armour class when dual-wielding, and you can find it in Act 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Gleamdance Dagger
In Baldur’s Gate 3, the Gleamdance Dagger gives off a glowing light and can increase your armour class under certain conditions. First is the primary Gleamdancer perk, which will grant you a +1 bonus to Armour Class only if you equip it to your off-hand. Second is the Glowing perk, which essentially causes the dagger to shine with its own glow. Consequently, it will cast a light that will shine in a 6-meter radius surrounding you.
The light can be handy in dark spaces. However, if you are a dual-wielding Rogue Assassin, then the light could be more of a hindrance than a help. If you are in the middle of a circle of light, then it will be extra hard to stealth and hide. Therefore, you won’t get as many critical hits from stealth.

How to Get Gleamdance Dagger in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Gleamdance Dagger in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to find the docks to the far west of Rivington and either kill Farlin, the Envoy of Nine-Fingers, or stand back during the battle and let her die. You can locate the docks by heading directly north of the Rivington waypoint and then taking a sharp left turn just past the Open Hand Temple.
There is a path along the side of the building that heads down the cliff and to the edge of the water below. Keep heading west and you’ll come to an area with steam and hidden traps. Next, go further through a cave with more traps until you reach the other side. Someone in your party will likely comment that the boat docked nearby looks like one you saw at Moonrise Towers.
Two groups are fighting one another here. One group represents the Guild and the other the Stone Lord. You can enter the battle yourself or stay back and let them fight it out. The only way to get the Gleamdance Dagger is to loot it from Farlin’s corpse. However, be aware that killing her will mean that she doesn’t put in a good word with you with the Guild. Therefore, when you first find the Guild you will need to pass a dialogue check to be allowed in.
