Ways To Get the Heir of Perdition in Diablo 4
You can get the helm either by farming it or by crafting it. You can also gamble with the Purveyor of Curiosities to acquire the Mythic Unique item, but this is an unreliable way since you can’t control what items you will receive. Let’s see how you can go about the farming or crafting process.
Farming Heir of Perdition
Since it is a Mythic Unique item, your best bet at farming helm would be repeatedly beating pinnacle bosses, such as Andariel, Maiden of Chains, or Duriel, Lord of Maggots. However, you would need to farm their summoning materials in significant quantities before you can take on such a task. Also, on average, it would take around 100 attempts on these bosses before they drop a Mythic Unique item.

How To Use the Heir of Perdition?
The Heir of Perdition item may seem like any other gear at first. However, its specialty lies in the unique passive. When wearing this helm, you receive the Mother’s Favor buff that increases your damage output by 60%. But that’s not all. The damage you deal will multiply further if you have allied players nearby while fighting a group of foes. So, essentially, you can greatly increase your damage in late game activities that involve a group of players, including Infernal Hordes, Dark Citadel and Helltides.
