How to get Infernal Mace in BG3?
To get the Infernal Mace in Baldur’s Gate 3, kill and loot Black Gauntlets of Bane NPC from the steel Watch Foundry, Wyrm’s Rock Fortress, or Felogyr’s Fireworks. The easiest way to obtain the Infernal Mace is by visiting the main area in the Steel Watch Foundry and rescuing the Gondians. Entering the main area will cause a cutscene and possible fight with the Black Gauntlet NPC, which will drop the Infernal Mace.
Wyrm’s Rock Fortress
A second option to get the Inferanl Mace is by killing and looting from the Black Gauntlets of Bane NPCs Aischa, Greyward, Ignur, and Mohlen. You can find these NPC in the audience chamber of Wyrm’s Rock Fortress after the intial encounter with Gortash.
Felogyr’s Firework
The final method for obtaining the Infernal Mace is by killing and looting from the Black Gauntlets of Bane NPCs Uva and Fists of Bane Hyrriet, and Volgu Drak. These NPC are found hiding on the third floor which can be accessed via the fly spell.
How to use Infernal Mace in BG3?
The best use for the Infernal Mace is with a Cleric who hasn’t obtained the legendary Mace the Blood of Lathander in Act 1. You can coat your weapon with posions to increase damage or add the poisoned status efffect.
However, the best use for the Infernal Mace is to kill and loot the NPCs and sell off multiple copies to massively boost your gold in Act 3.
