Along with a new playable character, Sniper Elite Resistance, released on January 28, 2025, offers different player customizations. From choosing weapons and gear for each mission to customizing weaponry with different mods, you have considerable options to tailor the approach to suit your playstyle. You can also increase item slots in Sniper Elite Resistance, allowing you to carry a significant number of items, such as grenades, mines, and more simultaneously.

How To Unlock More Item Slots in Sniper Elite Resistance
At the beginning of the game, you will have access to five item slots. A sixth and seventh one is present but locked. You can unlock these slots by spending skill points.
The Extra Item Slot 1 is the first skill you need to purchase to increase your item slots. It costs one skill point to unlock. Later, you can also purchase the Extra Item Slot 2 skill, which requires you to spend two skill points.
How To Earn Skill Points in Sniper Elite Resistance
You can earn skill points by accumulating experience points. Achieving mission objectives, both optional and primary, will earn you experience points. Similarly, depending on how you engage and kill enemies, you will earn different amounts of XP. After meeting a certain threshold of XP, you will earn a skill point.
The best way to earn the maximum number of skill points is to be thorough. Try to collect as many of the collectibles on a map as possible. Complete all the Kill Quests throughout the campaign missions, and side objectives to maximize your XP gains.
Also, keep in mind that unlocking all skills may not be beneficial. You should only focus on the skills that match your playstyle.
