You can produce Plastanium Ingots at the Medium Ore Refinery using Titanium Ore (6), Stravidium Fiber (1), and Water (1250). While the Titanium Ore can be mined and used directly, the Stravidium Fiber must be refined from Stravidium Mass at a Medium Chemical Refinery.

However, obtaining these core resources is no easy task, as it requires you to venture out to a perilous zone—the Deep Desert. Use your Ornithopter and get to the Deep Desert. As you explore the endgame region deeper, you will notice rocky terrains. You can find both Titanium and Stravidium nodes within these spots in the Deep Desert.
