These enemies are tough, but if you successfully eliminate them, they will drop their Range Finders for you to pick up. You will encounter these snipers at locations like Jabal Eifret Al-Gharb and Mysa Tarill. Another good spot to find these sharpshooters is the CHOAM Mineral Extraction Facility at the Hagga Rift.
