You will be able to get Ship Manifests from the cargo ships that randomly crash and fall from the sky. Searching the wreckage of these ships is the easiest way to create a stockpile of this item. However, keep in mind that these ships usually crash-land on open sand. So, trying to get inside the wreckage and gathering the material will expose you to the risk of sandworm attacks. While there isn’t any way to eliminate this risk completely, there are always safeguards you can use to limit the chances of a sandworm attacking you.
