While healing is crucial in REPO, you can’t heal yourself unless you pass the first round in the game.
Surviving the haunted locations in REPO requires effective healing. On your journey to retrieving and extracting the valuable items, you will take damage from deadly monsters or even your careless teammates. This makes healing one of the essential aspects of the game. However, healing in REPO works slightly differently from most other games.
Developed by Semiwork Studios, the six-player co-op has been celebrated widely for offering a humorous horror experience featuring real-physics and a proximity voice mechanism. This guide explains everything about healing in REPO and how it works.

How Healing Works in REPO?
In REPO, you will start with 100 HP, which gradually decreases as you encounter various threats. Although healing in REPO is essential, you cannot heal yourself on the first round unless you have your teammates on the back. If you are playing solo, you must be wary about your health, as you have no means to heal until you complete the level. Completing a level and entering your truck restores 25 HP. However, this is not the only way to restore your HP, as Semiwork Studios offers several ways to heal in REPO.

Different Methods to Heal in REPO
Healing Through Teammates
Playing co-op with teammates not only makes the game enjoyable and easy but also gives access to one of the efficient ways to heal. Your teammates can share their health from their health pool by interacting with your health bar at your back, restoring 20 HP. You can also do the same for your teammates to restore some of their health.
Healing with Health Packs
Another reliable way to heal yourself is by using health packs, which come in three types:
- Small Health Pack ($3K) – Heal 25 HP
- Medium Health Pack ($6K) – Heal 50 HP
- Large Health Pack ($11K) – Heal 100 HP
You can purchase health packs between each level at the Service Station, where you can also buy various useful items like upgrades, weapons, and Energy Crystals. Although you purchase the health packs at Service Station, you can’t use it there. After purchasing them and placing them at the extraction point, head to your truck to utilize the health packs to restore the specified amount of HP.
