Everything you need to know about the Lacrima of Circulation in The First Berserker Khazan, how to obtain it, and the best farming locations.

The Lacrima of Circulation is arguably one of the most important resources in The First Berserker Khazan. However, given that the game seldom emphasizes the necessity of the resource, it’s very easy for players to overlook the Lacrima of Circulation without even knowing what it does. The Lacrima of Circulation is essentially used for everything related to the Spirit of Advocacy, i.e., the spirit summon.
After you complete the second main story mission and defeat the Blade Phantom, you can choose to summon a Phantom Spirit to aid you in boss fights. However, unlike the Mimic Tear in Elden Ring, the Phantom Spirit in The First Berserker does not scale with you as you progress through the game.
Instead, you have to manually upgrade the Phantom using Lacrima of Circulation. However, obtaining the upgrade resource isn’t as straightforward as it might seem. Here’s everything you need to know about the Lacrima of Circulation in The First Berserker Khazan and how to obtain it.
Where To Find Lacrima of Circulation in The First Berserker Khazan?

Lacrima of Circulation is obtained exclusively by killing the Revenant of Adversary. The Revenants of Adversary are Phantoms that can be summoned for a challenge in almost every single mission (and Bonus Mission) in the game. However, you do need to complete the second main story mission and defeat the Blade Phantom before you can interact with the Soul of the Rift. The Revenants of Adversary can be summoned using the red summon signs scattered throughout a mission.
These summon signs can appear randomly in every mission. Furthermore, the Revenant summon signs can be refreshed by resting at a Blade Nexus. Defeating a Revenant rewards you with weapons, armor, and the Lacrima of Circulation.
Once you obtain enough Lacrima of Circulation, you can talk to Daphrona in the Crevice to upgrade the Spirit of Advocacy. Do note that the upgrade cost for the Spirit’s stats increases as you move to higher tiers. Furthermore, you can only upgrade the Spirit’s base HP, Stamina, and Damage. The weapons and abilities the Spirit comes into a boss fight with are random.
In the opening missions, defeating a Revenant rewards you with roughly 2-3 Lacrima of Circulation. However, in the latter half of the game, you can gain up to 7 Lacrima of Circulation from a single Revenant.
Additionally, there’s no cap on the Spirit of Advocacy’s upgrade trees. As such, if you want to max out certain stats of the Spirit pretty early in the game, you can do so. However, in order to upgrade the Spirit, you will have to farm a ton of Lacrima.
Best Farming Spot for Lacrima of Circulation

There are several locations in the game where you can easily farm Lacrima of Circulation. For the opening chapters of the game, the best farming locations are in missions 3 and 4, near the Blade Nexus right before the Viper and Volbaino boss fights. However, the best spot to easily farm Lacrima of Circulation is near the Burning City Nexus, in the Trator Revealed main story mission. This area is populated with a few regular enemies and has three Revenant summon signs close to one another.
In this location, you can easily farm roughly 15-20 Lacrima of Circulation per run. All you need to do is clear the mobs and defeat the Revenants one by one.
Every Revenant drops roughly 4-7 Lacrima of Circulation upon defeat. With a powerful enough build, you can easily farm more than 100 Lacrima of Circulation in less than 20 minutes.
