Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is a story about hopelessness, isolation, and sacrifice. It’s a story about how, despite being powerless against fate, the Expeditioners still try their best to ignite hope in the hearts of their people. While the game’s story is incredibly serious and tackles mature subjects, it doesn’t shy away from having a few lighthearted moments. From the comically lazy Esquie to the “happy-go-lucky” Gestrals, there’s plenty in Expedition 33 that will put a smile on your face. Another way the game tries to bring some levity to its moment-to-moment gameplay is via its cosmetics. You can collect some really wacky outfits in this game, including (but not limited to) Swimsuits.

In fact, you can get Swimsuits for Lune and Gustav quite early in the game, albeit after completing a mini-game. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to obtain Lune’s Swimsuit in Clair Obscur Expedition 33.

You can find Lune’s Swimsuit after completing the Parkour Challenge at Gestral Beach. You can travel to the Gestral Beach right after completing the Flying Waters area. Once you reach the Continent map after completing Flying Waters, head to the northwestern region of the map. You will eventually come across a deserted area that resembles a seashore or a beach. Head through the portal in this area to reach the Gestral Beach. Once you have made your way to the Gestral Beach, simply talk to the Gestral standing near the entrance. The Gestral will inform you about the Parkour Challenge, which you can complete to get a unique reward.

The Parkour Challenge is fairly simple. However, it does require proper positioning and timing. The challenge course is divided into two different formats – a narrow wooden platform that tests your balancing skills, followed by a rotating jumping section that tests your timing. We recommend using either Maelle or Gustav for the challenge, as Lune doesn’t have access to a traditional “sprint,” which can make timing your jumps way more tricky. Once you complete the challenge course, you will meet a small Gestral at the end.

Talking to the Gestral will reward you with Gustav’s Swimsuit. However, you can continue talking to the Gestral, after which he will ask you a question. After you answer the question, the Gestral will give you Lune’s Swimsuit as well.

What Is the Correct Answer To Gestral’s Question at Gestral Beach?

The Gestral will ask you a rather simple question – “If I were a 2-year-old human, at what age would I Gommage?” The answer to this question should technically be 17 years, granted the Gestral isn’t talking about being a 2-year-old at the time of Expedition Zero. However, it doesn’t really matter what answer you choose to Gestral’s question. Regardless of your choice, you’re going to receive Lune’s Swimsuit as a reward since the Gestral doesn’t know how to count.
