Night Phase: Should You Open the Door?
- You’ll hear two knocks per night.
- Click the door to see who’s outside.
- Listen carefully to what they say—it might sound off.
- Decide quickly: YES to let them in or NO to keep them out.
Tip: Saying NO won’t hurt you. Saying YES might.
Day Phase: Investigate House Guests
- You have limited “moves” each day (shown as crosses at the top).
- Use your moves to:
- Talk to guests
- Check their teeth (devils have sharp teeth)
- Check their eyes (black veins are a red flag)
- Check their hands (look for black patches)
- If someone’s a devil, you have to shoot them. (This uses a move too)
If you can’t find anything suspicious, use the sleeping medicine to skip the rest of the day.

Sometimes, a priest shows up and takes people “to safety.” You’ll find a note at your door if that happens. Whether he’s helping or hiding something—well, you’ll have to decide.
Devil Traits: What To Look Out For
Devils can hide among humans but aren’t perfect. Look for:
- Jagged Teeth
- Black Veins in Eyes
- Dark Spots on Hands
They might only show one of these signs, so stay alert.
Endings You Can Unlock
This game has multiple endings, depending on how you play it.
- The Hollow Victory – Let in only humans for 7 days and survive.
- Solitude’s Whisper – Never let anyone in. Stay completely alone.
- A Stranger’s Reflection – Miss a devil hiding in your house.
