Diablo 4 Tenets of Depravity Questline Walkthrough
Tenets of Depravity contains four different side questlines:
- Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless
- Tenets of Depravity: An End to Suffering
- Tenets of Depravity: Companion to Madness
- Tenets of Depravity: Scion of Blasphemies
Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless
Find and talk to Priest Dmitriy at the Faith’s Torch (or the Burned Knight camp) in the Seven Stones in Nahantu. Defeat the Berserk Burned Knight, then speak to Priest Dmitriy again. Find the account of Captain Kharvo’s Madness near Priest Dmitriy. Next, find and talk to Prava at the Gea Kul to complete the ‘Sacrament of the Faithless,’ which immediately begins ‘An End to Suffering’ quest.
Tenets of Depravity: An End to Suffering
Make your way to Faith’s Torch once again and inspect an Impaled Knight to gain access to the Knight Command Quarter. Defeat the Burned Knights inside the dungeon and talk to Priest Dmitriy to learn about the Seared Revelation camp and Marzhan. This completes ‘An End to Suffering’ and unlocks the next quest, ‘Companion to Madness.’
Tenets of Depravity: Companion to Madness
In the ‘Companion to Madness’ quest, start by heading to Seared Revelation, another Burned Knights camp. Find Marzhan the Scribe inside the camp and talk to him. Then, head to a nearby Blood-Slicked Pit arena and defeat the waves of enemies. Once you defeat all enemies, return back to Marzhan to learn about Kharov and the Temple of the Profane. This leads to the final quest, ‘Scion of Blasphemies.’
Tenets of Depravity: Scion of Blasphemies

Scion of Blasphemies is the lengthiest quest in Tenets of Depravity, which requires you to clear the Temple of the Profane. Upon entering the Temple of the Profane dungeon, you must defeat certain enemies to get their Condemned Trophy, granting access to the next region.
Defeating Pharos, Grigoriy, and Viktor allows you to progress through the dungeon chambers, eventually leading to Kharov. Confront and defeat Kharov to complete the ‘Tenets of Depravity’ series of side quests, which grants rewards like XP, gold, and crafting materials.
