Steps To Solve the Secret of Secrets Puzzle
Finding Your Way to the Sistine Chapel
To start, make your way to the Sistine Chapel in the southern part of Vatican City. You’ll need the Clerical Key and a priest disguise, both obtained from Antonio. Once you have these, use the key to open the door leading through the Borgia Gardens into the chapel.
Before you enter, consider picking up a camera. It will let you snap photos for Adventure Points, which are helpful for progress.
As you step into the chapel, look to your left to spot Sister Catherine. Approach her and take a moment to engage in conversation. You should use your camera to capture her picture—it’s a great way to earn additional Adventure Points. Once you’ve completed this, direct your attention to the back of the chapel and open the door on the left side. Inside this room, you’ll see a table with a Planetary Chart kept inside the drawer of it. This chart helps confirm the order of planets for the combination. Read this note and the Secret of Secrets puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be intrigued.
Preparing for the Safe Puzzle
In this room, you’ll notice a locked safe positioned across from the table where you found the note. The message you just read provides a cryptic clue, hinting at a connection to Saint Peter and Saint Paul. These two prominent figures hold the key to solving the Secret of Secrets puzzle and unlocking the safe’s secrets.
Survey the room and observe three statues:
- Saint Anthony, a marble statue, standing on the left side of the room.
- Saint Paul, a wooden statue, positioned straight ahead, near the safe.
- Saint Peter, a wooden statue, standing to the right, by the locked door leading back to the main chapel.
Now, let’s focus on the statues of Peter and Paul since they are relevant.
Decoding the Safe Combination
