Twitch streamer Kai Cenat asked his chat to troll Valkyrae during a Twitch stream by saying she got “leaked” but his audience declined.
Twitch streamer Kai Cenat attempted to play a prank on fellow content creator Rachell “Valkyrae” Marie Hofstetter on stream. Kai asked his chat to tell Valkyrae she got “leaked,” but his audience refused, saying Valkyrae was “too wholesome.”
The moment between Kai and his audience went viral and it caught the attention of Valkyrae. She posted a tweet on X claiming she won the “prank war” and shared a clip from Kai’s stream.
Although the whole situation was just a prank, Felix “xQc” Lengyel saw a clip from Kai’s stream and took it seriously. He hesitated to comment on it, fearing his audience would label him a “weirdo.”
Kai Cenat Attempts to Prank Valkyrae
Valkyrae returned to Twitch after a multi-year streaming contract with YouTube. She hosted her return stream on January 8th, 2025, which coincided with her birthday. On January 12, 2025. Kai asked his chat to tell the returning streamer she got “leaked” to prank her. Kai said:
“Say she got leaked…say Valkyrae got leaked. Say Valkyrae got leaked.”
He was shocked when his chat didn’t listen to him. Many in his chat said that Valkyrae is too wholesome and that she has an “aura”. He responded to his chat after the failed attempt and said:
“No? Oh, my god! You all are p*ssy! Why you all? Oh, my! ‘She’s too wholesome.’ ‘That’s aunty.’ ‘She aura.’ Are you all dead *ss?”

The moment went viral on social media and Valkyrae noticed what happened on Kai’s stream. She shared a clip of Kai and his chat and said:
“I was trying to think of a reverse prank to get Kai Cenat back. But after seeing the clip I already won the prank war, lol.”
xQc Reacts to Kai’s Prank Attempt
While Kai Cenat’s prank on Valkyrae didn’t work, it unintentionally pranked xQc. The Twitch and Kick streamer came across a clip of Kai’s prank attempt on Valkyrae, viewed it out of context, and mistakenly believed something serious had happened.
He thought Valkyrae personal information or sensitive images leaked and commented:
“Chat, what does it mean by got leaked? If I say anything, I’m a hater, I’m burning bridges, I’m weird. Everybody’s on my d*ck and b*lls, everybody’s calling me weirdo, or whatever. If I say anything at all, I’m wrong in every possible way.”
After he went over the clip, he realized it was just a prank and said the idea was “actually genius.”
