Kick co-founder Bijan Tehrani has made a bold claim that Twitch streamer Asmongold could make $1 million Kick without a special deal or ads.
Popular Twitch streamer Zack “Asmongold” recently revealed his earnings on Twitch. Zack has been streaming on his alternate account, “Zackrawrr,” where he mostly engages in political commentary. The streamer revealed that he earned $37,000 in January after streaming for 187 hours. The community was shocked to learn that he made only $9 in ad revenue. Kick co-founder Bijan Tehrani reacted to his Twitch earnings and stated that the streamer would have earned over a million dollars on Kick without a special deal. Kick is a preferred platform for many streamers due to its groundbreaking 95-5 revenue split.
“Based on his numbers Asmongold would have earned $1,000,395.50 the past month on Kick without a special deal or having to run a single ad.”

Asmongold’s Zackrawrr channel has over 2.02 million followers on Twitch. Zack was one of the most watched Just-chatting streamers on Twitch. His viewership peaked at a massive 309K concurrent live viewers on January 20, 2025. Bijan stated that most of his earnings on Kick would have come from the Kick Creator Incentive Program. For those unaware, KCIP is a program on Kick similar to the Twitch Partner Program, which pays creators to stream. On February 5, 2025, the platform announced that it had paid out over $40 million to streamers under KCIP.

Asmon had a strong start to the year, peaking at 309K viewers during his presidential inauguration ceremony stream. HasanAbi even called Zack the number one political streamer. Despite streaming for only 303 hours in 2025, he has amassed 14.6 million watch hours. Zack averaged 48K viewers per stream, with his content primarily consisting of commentary and gaming.
Despite the significant financial benefits on Kick, Asmon has stated that he is happy on Twitch. The streamer said he did not need the money and that it was the least of his worries. He also claimed that he could make a lot more money on Twitch if he wanted to.
“I don’t need to worry about money, ever. It doesn’t matter to me. Like, I don’t literally give a sh*t. If I wanted to make more money on Twitch, I would just make more money on Twitch. It would be easy.”
