How To Romance Klara in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Klara can be romanced during the Finger of God Main Quest. After burying the bodies to start the rifle tutorial, you are handed your first rifle. Following this, there are various small tasks you can complete before progressing the main story. Some of these are helping the blacksmith Bull and helping Bluster carry some sacks.
One of these tasks is to assist Klara with tending to some wounded captives.
Tend To Wounded Soldiers
Your next step is to treat three wounded captives. These will be Zwerk, Mark, and Kozliek. All of them can be found in Nebakov Fortress.
Furthermore, ensure that your Survival and Craftsmanship skills are at a high enough level to pass the skill checks necessary. Otherwise, you might fail the quest and miss out on the romance. To treat all three of them, first exhaust all skill checks to inspect the wounds, then proceed. (You can get some healing items next to your bed.)
Firstly, Zwerk has internal bleeding. Secondly, Mark has leg bleeding and a concussion. Lastly, Kozliek has leg bleeding as well, along with a fever. All of these will have different options you need to pick to treat them properly.

Head Back To Klara
After successfully treating all three people, head back to Klara. Win the speech skill check and say, “Let’s go and get that drink.” Following this, head to sleep on the bed, and it should trigger your romance cutscene with Klara.
