How To Start The Thunderstone in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The starting location for this quest is in the village of Grund in the Kuttenberg region. To start the quest, talk to Kona, who can be found at her house in the village. She will explain that she desperately needs a special protective charm called the Thunderstone.
You will find out that the Thunderstone is currently owned by Thomlin of Horschan. Kona will ask you to face him in a duel, as Thomlin is known to wager the Thunderstone in fights. You will also have the option to steal the Thunderstone, but Kona does not want this as she believes it will bring bad luck.
How To Get the Thunderstone From Thomlin in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
When you reach Horschan, you have a few means of retrieving the Thunderstone. You can try and pickpocket it. However, the Thunderstone in his possession does not match Kona’s description, revealing it as a fake.
Alternatively, you can challenge Thomlin to fight him. To fight Thomlin, you have to pass one of three Hard speech checks. However, if you have completed the task Fight Dirty, you can fight Thomlin anyway. After you wager 500 Groschen and proceed to kick some ass, Thomlin will confess that he no longer has the Thunderstone.
He will point you towards Peter and Hensel in Raborsch, who he thinks have his Thunderstone. Once you talk to Peter, he will reveal that he has also lost the stone. Moreover, he mentions that Hensel has been kidnapped by bandits.

How To Rescue Hensel From the Bandits
Once you find the bandit camp, you have some options. The bandits are not exactly the negotiating type, so you will have to free Hensel on your own. You can either sneak in and free him without making a disturbance, or add seven men to Henry’s kill count. Either way, waiting till night would be the most prudent option.
Once Hensel is free, he will tell you that the stone was sold to Mlada in Suchdol. Once you speak to Mlada, she will offer you the Thunderstone if you help her husband, Peter. If you accept, this will start the task Primum Nil Nocere. Alternatively, you can use the hammer for all nails, and steal it from her.
Who Should You Give the Thunderstone To

Once you have the Thunderstone at last. You have a few options (again). Firstly, you can either listen to Thomlin’s bogus arguments and return it to him, or you can do what you set out to do at the beginning, and give the Thunderstone to Kona. Alternatively, you can also keep the Thunderstone for yourself, which will give you some buffs related to your stamina.
The buffs from the Thunderstone are:
- 10% bonus to Stamina Regeneration
- 5% bonus to Block and Attack Stamina Regeneration
- 10% reduction in Stamina Consumption
If you give the stone to Thomlin, you receive 150 Groschen or a free Unarmed lesson. If you give to Kona, she will give you a discount at the Horse Seller, some alchemy experience, and 100 Groschen(optional). You can also steal the stone from either person after giving it to them, if you so desire.
