Developers each week reveal more and more about the long process of how the world of Baldur’s Gate 3 was brought to life. This time we have more news about a vast cast of voicing actors and a trailer showcasing the Shapeshifting Evil and voicing her Maggie Robertson.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Trailer Shows Shapeshifting Evil

Last week, Baldur’s Gate 3 revealed its third and final villain, completing an unholy triumvirate of evil alongside J. K. Simmons and Jason Isaacs. The iconic Maggie Robertson lends her voice to Orin the Red, joining the ranks of the antagonists. However, the cast of Baldur’s Gate 3 extends beyond this malevolent trio showcased in recent trailers.

The world of Baldur’s Gate 3 comes alive through a plethora of talented voice actors, delivering incredible performances in diverse roles. Whether as supporting characters, narrators, or even circus ringmasters, necromancers, and drag queens.

For those who have experienced Early Access, will know the familiar and captivating voice of Amelia Tyler. Players can remember her Malady voiceover in Divinity: Original Sin 2. Now, she returns as the narrator in Baldur’s Gate 3. Brian Bowles, also from D:OS2, portrays Sceleritas Fel, the vile and loyal servant to the Dark Urge. Players who enjoyed Blood in Baldur’s Gate will recognize his voice from the video shorts that bookend the tale.

Talented Actors in Baldur’s Gate 3

Additionally, Vinegar Strokes, renowned for her contributions to the West End musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. She brings life to Lucretious, the proud leader of an otherworldly circus filled with diverse beings such as mummies, redcaps, djinni, dryads, elementals, and more. She is known for her love for red wine, denial of her employees’ paid holidays, and an unwavering dedication to being utterly fabulous.

Sophia Nomvete, fresh from her role in Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, embodies Captain Grisly. She is a former pirate who retired from a life of terrorizing the Sea of Swords to become the proud owner of the rough-and-tumble tavern, the Blushing Mermaid, in Baldur’s Gate.

These talented individuals are joined by others, including Doug Cockle, famous for his portrayal of Geralt de Rivia in The Witcher game series, and Abigail Thorn of the fantastic Philosophy Tube, among many more, contributing to the rich and immersive world of Baldur’s Gate 3.
