Reap benefits from the new Galacta’s Gift event in Marvel Rivals by following this short guide to help you out.
Galacta is here with some gifts for all the Marvel Rivals players. No matter if you are new to the 6v6 hero shooter or have been playing since launch. All players are eligible for this new gift event. The best part about Galacta’s Gift is that its duration is permanent. This means that the event is not time-restricted and will go on until the developers remove it themselves or replace it with something else. However, the gifts can only be claimed once per account.
There are eight rewards to be claimed. Players need to complete three matches to unlock each reward. Unfortunately, you can’t rush through this event. Only one reward can be claimed each day. Once the next reward is unlocked, you can play three more matches to claim it by simply going to the event screen and clicking on it. These challenges can be completed by playing through Quick Match, Competitive, and Practice vs AI.
Rewards in Marvel Rivals Galacta’s Gift
Playing through this event will get you the following rewards in the given order:
- Doctor Doom Nameplate
- 4 Chrono Shield Card
- Better Stop That Vehicle Spray
- 4 Chrono Shield Card
- Hulk Plush Spray
- Doom 2099 Nameplate
- 1 Costume Coin
Players can use the two Nameplates to customize their user profile in Marvel Rivals. You can use the two Sprays as well to further customize your experience. With the help of a new feature, players can now sync all their Spray wheels!
Galacta’s Gift introduces the new Chrono Shield Card to Marvel Rivals. You can hold a total of 20 at the same time and use it to prevent losing your points after a lost Competitive game. Your stack of Chrono Shield Cards will clear out once each month resets.
Lastly, players will benefit from a Costume Coin. This is the same Costume Coin from the Pickup Bundle. Players can use a Costume Coin to buy any of the debut costumes for their favorite heroes on the roster. To do so, you have to head to the Exchange section of the Store. Unfortunately, it will only get you the costume instead of other cosmetics like Nameplate, MVP screen, Emote, and Spray.
