In this article, we will take a look at all heroes receiving seasonal buffs in NetEase Games’ Marvel Rivals Season 1.

NetEase Games’ team-based superhero shooter Marvel Rivals has entered Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, following the massive success of the game’s launch and Season 0. Similar to Season 0, several heroes in Marvel Rivals receive seasonal buffs for Season 1. Seasonal buffs (or Season Bonus) are temporary in-game boosts that enhance specific stats for selected heroes during a single season.
Note that seasonal buffs and balance update buffs are not the same. While seasonal buffs are temporary stat enhancements for a single season, balance update buffs are permanent adjustments made to improve the gameplay mechanics. Usually, these seasonal buffs are applied to heroes who boost their allies’ stats during the team-up ability, to ensure equitable opportunities for all heroes in gameplay. Seasonal buffs reset at the end of the season unless a hero is re-buffed in the following season.
