The original Kingdom Come Deliverance caught everyone by surprise, throwing people into a medieval world with realistic mechanics and a grounded story. The gameplay felt hardcore, and surviving Bohemia’s bandits and famines was no joke. The game won over players in no time, and now, with Kingdom Come Deliverance 2’s release right around the corner, we cannot contain our hype and excitement. The medieval open-world game is set for release on February 4, 2025, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC (Epic Games Store and Steam).
Those unsure about purchasing the game may be holding out hope of giving the game a try on Xbox Game Pass. Unfortunately, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is not coming to Xbox Game Pass. There is no word from developer Warhorse Studios on a Game Pass release as of yet, and should things change, we shall update accordingly.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Editions
While the game may not be available on Xbox Game Pass, you can purchase it through the Xbox Store. As stated earlier, the game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC.
The game’s Standard Edition comes priced at $59.99, while the Gold Edition sits at $79.99. The Gold Edition includes the base game, the Expansion Pass, and the Gallant Huntsman’s Kit. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 releases on February 4, 2025, but you can pre-order it for some extra bonuses if you’re a diehard fan.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Pre-order Bonuses
Warhorse Studios is giving the “The Lion’s Crest” Bonus Quest as a pre-order bonus for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. While there are no details surrounding the story of this bonus questline, we do know that completing the quest will reward you with the “legendary armor and weapon set of the famous Knight Brunswick.”
This legendary weapon set includes a polearm, which will let you pick fights from a distance. For those who wish to face death in the eye, the weapon set includes a dagger. This will let you close in the distance quickly for a finishing blow. For those not adept at combat, the pre-order bonus set also features a large, bulky armor plate as your last line of defense, giving you greater room to make mistakes and not suffer for it.
The armor also flaunts gold and burgundy, ensuring you look stylish while kicking ass. The bonus set also takes your buddy horse into consideration, adding decorative clothing for the horse.
