Where To Buy Restoration Spells in Oblivion Remastered
You can buy Restoration spells from several spell merchants in the various cities of Cyrodiil. To purchase them, approach any of these vendors and press the interaction key to talk to them. From the dialogue menu, select the “Purchase Spells” option in the bottom left corner.
This will open a list of spells they have available. Cycle through their inventory and pick the relevant Restoration spell you wish to purchase.
